This Code of Conduct applies to all conference participants, including attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers, in all conference venues—whether online or in-person—as well as any related social events.
Reporting Incidents
If you experience or witness any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it to a conference organizer immediately. You can contact us via contact@arcticonference.com / Slack or approach any staff member wearing staff badge.
Reports will be handled with discretion and sensitivity. Our team is committed to ensuring your safety and comfort.
Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior
Participants asked to stop any inappropriate behavior are expected to comply immediately. At the discretion of the conference organizers, participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund.
